I AM BACK!

Yesterday I started training for the Duke Medicine Women’s half marathon in Durham, NC on October 16.

Yesterday, I ran for 30mins. It felt wonderful.  I went after dinner and it was the perfect temp. Today I have 30-40mins of cross-training. So after work today I am going on the bike ride. Maybe I can get my boyfriend to join me. Fingers crossed.

Today I was so easy because I was so busy all day. I was hungry around bedtime, so I drank some water and did a quick workout. After the workout I drank my tea and went to bed. Over all it was pretty good day.
